What is retainer fee?

The client is then responsible for paying any additional fees or charges that may arise during the course of the project.

Sure, I can work project base in two ways by hour or I can deliver by project
Do you work pro bono?
Yes, I alocate time for pro bono work. I dedicate a few hours of design work for certain projects.
